Loy Andersen, Ph.D., is Vice President of Jensen Data Systems, Inc. Loy has teamed with co-author Cary Jensen as an award-winning, best-selling author of 15 computer books. She also writes courseware for software training that is distributed worldwide, and previously served as Associate Editor of Paradox Informant Magazine. Loy has a Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology specializing in human-computer interaction.
