The 2005–2006 ECRHA Regional Championships involved 30 NCRHA schools playing in a multi-stage tournament to determine the regional champion of the Eastern Collegiate Roller Hockey Association (ECRHA). Team selections were announced at the conclusion of the 2005-2006 ECRHA Season. The tournament began on March 3, 2006 and concluded with the Championship games on March 5, 2006 at the Sportsplex in Feasterville, PA.
