High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! The 2007 FIA GT Brno 2 Hours was the eighth round of the 2007 FIA GT Championship season. It took place at Masaryk Circuit, Czech Republic, on September 23, 2007. The Masaryk circuit or Masarykring, now referred to as the Brno Circuit, is a Czech racing circuit located close to the city of Brno at Kohoutovice. It was used before and after WWII for events such as Grand Prix Masaryk measuring up to 19 miles (31 km) in length before the existence of Formula One. It was formerly the site of the pre-war Czechoslovakian Grand Prix and is now used primarily for motorcycle races. in 1962, the track was shortened again to 8.66 miles (13.94 km). The modern track circuit also held the second round of the second season of the A1 GP series. Still, the annual Grand Prix of the Czech Republic is the most important event held there.
