It was held in Portugal, between November 16 and November 25, 2007, in two venues located in Porto`s Greater Metropolitan Area — Gondomar, Portugal and Santo Tirso. Eight teams competed in the final round, after a qualifying phase where seven teams managed to join the Portuguese hosts.
