Acquiring Communication Skills in English is effective in Computer-Supported Class. Technology-enabled language platform, audio and video modules makes the class interesting, enthusiastic and entertaining. Occasionally, the learners are becoming more passive and the domination of the machine is clear in the class. In this context, a process and eclectic-driven research is accomplished with the ultimate goal of interlacing pedagogical prospects and language laboratory to teach communication skills effectively by realizing the role of machine as a tool. The study focuses on teaching listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, nonverbal communication and speech receptive behavior using multimedia and language laboratory.The findings emerged from the teaching learning process in computer-supported class are critically examined. The present work strives to bridge the gap between conventional and modern methods of language teaching and learning. This study is especially useful to the language planners, language researchers, language teachers and ICT experts specializing in language teaching who strive for language development and computational methods for the effective communication.
