Kopi, the moose was one of the first animals to be there. After some years there came wolves and lynxes. However the bears were one most famous animals in the zoo. In the year 2003 Korkeasaari Zoo in Helsinki gifted Ahtari Snow Leopards, in their 30th year anniversary. In the year 2006 there were 65 animal specially, ranging mostly in the coniferous zone. Since the establishment of the goal has been to build large animals and the natural living conditions. The 60-hectare area, which varies depending on the terrain and vegetation, has provided excellent opportunities to take the EAZA zoo association's basic ideas about how animals are treated in captivity.
