ALNAP (Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance) is a sector-wide network in the international humanitarian system made up of key international humanitarian organisations and experts. Established in 1997 following the multi-agency evaluation of the humanitarian response to the Rwandan Genocide, ALNAP provides the humanitarian sector with a forum to address issues of accountability and learning, as well as producing research and analysis of shared challenges facing the humanitarian sector. The ALNAP Secretariat is hosted by the Overseas Development Institute in London.
