American Dream Meadowlands (ADM) (formerly known as "Meadowlands Xanadu") is a retail and entertainment complex being constructed in the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, Bergen County, New Jersey, in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The first phase of the five-story complex is scheduled to open in Autumn 2013 and the second phase in Spring 2014. With 3,000,000 square feet (280,000 m2) of leasable area, American Dream will be the second-largest combined entertainment, sports, and retail complex in the United States.
