It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NaviSite Inc, headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts. America’s Job Exchange was launched when the United States Department of Labor’s America’s Job Bank, hosted and managed by NaviSite since 1995, was shut down by the administration in the summer of 2007. The new site was designed as a commercial venture to continue to provide job search and recruiting solutions to several state labor departments while also providing its solutions on a national basis.
