High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Brugmansia versicolor is a species of plant in the Solanaceae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Brugmansia Versicolor is a medium sized shrub that is commonly referred to as “Angel's Tear” or “Angel's Trumpet”. B. Versicolor is a small tree, ranging from 8-15ft in height. It has an alternate insertion of elliptic/oblong leaves that are entire with smooth edges. One of the most prominent characteristics of B. Versicolor is the presence of giant drooping flowers which hang upside down; this is where its nickname comes from. The flowers range in length from 12-20in. They are usually white, but they may turn peach or pink as it ages.
