Bullying is one of the negative work behaviors, which attracts the attention of scholars and practitioners worldwide due to its severe consequences. This book aims to explain the complex nature of bullying behaviors from a different perspective; theory of organizational politics. Thus, after providing an extensive literature review on bullying and organizational politics, their association is examined based on the previous research.
