HMCS CD Type 1-100 (CD stood for "Canadian Drifter") were minesweeping armed drifter fishing boats built during World War I for the Royal Canadian Navy. Total of 37 were built and number from 1 to 100. Some were lent to the US Navy and Royal Navy during World War II. The Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) was the navy of Canada from 1911 to 1968. From May 4, 1910 to August 29, 1911 the navy was known as the Naval Service of Canada and operationally as Canadian Naval Forces.
