It won the recognition of Latin American contemporary architecture in the Mies van der Rohe Award that same year. It is located in La Castellana, Chacao municipality of Caracas, Venezuela. Its construction was carried out on the athletic fields adjacent to the San Ignacio Jesuit college, between early 1993 and late 1998. Currently is administered by Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios.
