Cisco Unified Provisioning Manager (Cisco UPM or sometimes referred to as CUPM) is the provisioning tool developed by Cisco Systems for it's Unified Communications Solution products. Examples of these products would be Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Cisco Unity. Cisco UPM is the provisioning component of the Cisco Unified Communications Management Suite (UCMS) UCMS. Though provisioning of Cisco Unified Communications Suite applications can be done through individual web interfaces, Cisco UPM can be used to provision many applications and many revisions at one time through a single web interface. Cisco UPM can be used for Day 1 (infrastructure configuration or site rollouts) as well as Day 2 (Subscriber moves, adds and changes (MACs) provisioning tasks.
