It can also be seen on cable TV channel 4 in the Kenora area, as well as on the Bell TV (channel 224) and Shaw Direct (channel 320) satellite services. The station adopted the CJTV brand in the early 2000s, but switched back to "CJBN" in January 2007. CJBN went on the air for the first time in 1980.
