David Paul Roselle is an American mathematician and academic who served as the 25th President of the University of Delaware. David Roselle was born in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh. He married Louise Helen Dowling, a native of Manhasset, New York, in 1967.
