Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. The dwarf gulper shark, Centrophorus atromarginatus, is a dogfish of the family Centrophoridae found in theIndo-West Pacific oceans, from the Gulf of Aden, Japan, Taiwan, and northern Papua New Guinea. The gulper sharks are a family (Centrophoridae) of squaliform sharks. The family contains just two genera and approximately 15 species. These are generally deepwater fish. While some, such as the gulper shark Centrophorus granulosus, are found worldwide and fished commercially, others are uncommon and little-known.
