The content and structure of several constructs employed in researching Positive Organisational Behaviour are subject to certain specificities. Based on the evidence of previous research the relationship between four positive organisation constructs, i.e. servant leadership, trust, team commitment, and unit effectiveness, deemed profitable of further investigation. Taking certain psychometric challenges into account, the relationships of these specified positive organisation constructs are addressed by constructing two measurement and structural equation models. Results indicated that strong relationships exist between servant leadership, trust and team commitment. These variables seem context sensitive, implying that they are very specific to differing cultural settings. This book contributes to the existing body of knowledge regarding the portability of the constructs and instruments used for measuring the concepts, as well as the findings regarding the pattern of relationships between these concepts. This book is aimed at assisting professionals in leadership development and management roles as well as specialists in this field.
