"Feelin' Alright" also known as Feeling Alright is a song written by Dave Mason of the English rock band Traffic from their eponymous 1968 album, Traffic. The song was also a hit single for several artists: Joe Cocker (1969, #69, recharted in 1972, US#33), Mongo Santamaria (1969, #95) and Grand Funk Railroad (1971, US#54). It has also been covered by Three Dog Night (1969), Paul Weller, Lulu, Rare Earth, Mother's Finest (1973), Diana Ross with the Jackson 5 (1971) and The Black Crowes. It was featured in the 2000 film, Duets, and was sung by Huey Lewis. In 1997, guitarist Craig Chaquico (pronounced Cha-key-so) performed his version from the album "Once in a Blue Universe." Traffic was an English rock band whose members came from the West Midlands. The group formed in April 1967 by Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi, Chris Wood and Dave Mason.
