Specifically designed for large, mixed-ability classes in secondary schools, this is a four-level course for students in their early teens. The syllabus is structural/functional with constant recycling of material and the approach is based on learning by discovery. The series contains motivating topics related to students` own lives and interests and provides systematic and thorough coverage of language, giving students confidence through familiarity. Easily accessible grammar sections are also included in the Students` Books. The course also provides opportunities for peer teaching and employs pair work to maximize student participation and involvement.
