The first series premiered on 4 January 2010 on BBC Two, running for 20 half-hour episodes; two further seasons followed in 2011 and in 2012, a series broadcast on 2012 broadcast on BBC Four, but with each season extended from 20 to 25 episodes; a fourth season is being filmed for release on Monday 7 January 2013.
