She was described as one of the fastest vessels out of Boulogne. Her captain in 1811 is recorded as Lieutenant Cannadey RN, when she was stationed in The Downs. She was sold in 1814. The French Navy, officially the Marine nationale (National Navy) and often called La Royale is the maritime arm of the French military.
