Written by Lopez, Kevin Risto, Eva, Waynne Nugent, Allen Phillip Lees, Tawana Dabney, Janet Sewell, and Cynthia Lissette and produced by Midi Mafia, the song is built around a sample of Tavares' 1975 hit "It Only Takes a Minute", penned by Dennis Lambert and Brian Potter.
