Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. "I Still Miss Someone" is the title of a song written and originally recorded by American country music singer Johnny Cash. He first recorded it in 1958 and, although he never released it as a single, it has been widely covered by several artists. Cash wrote "I Still Miss Someone" in 1958 with US Navy Captain Roy Cash, Jr., an aspiring singer, songwriter and son of Cash's eldest brother, Roy Cash. He first recorded it in 1958 on the album The Fabulous Johnny Cash, his first Columbia Records release. This uptempo version, with sparse accompaniment and backup singers, was re-released on Cash's 1963 album, Ring of Fire: The Best of Johnny Cash. Cash's band rearranged the song to a slower, heavy back-beat tempo, featured a dobro played by Norman Blake and backup vocals by The Carter Family on Cash's 1964 Columbia album, I Walk The Line.
