High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Jackie Leven (born 18 June 1950, Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland) is a Scottish songwriter and folk musician. Leven started his musical career in the late 1960s under the pseudonym "John St Field", and recorded one album, Control, between 1973 and 1975. He formed the band Doll by Doll in 1977. They released four albums between 1979 and 1982. Doll by Doll Blended folk, blues, Celtic, psychedelic and punk influences, and featured Leven as the main songwriter.
