Flavin was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in West Hills, Los Angeles, California, a district of Los Angeles, and currently resides in Beverly Crest neighborhood of Los Angeles. She has six siblings, two sisters Tricia and Julie, and four brothers Tom, Pat, Shannon and Mitch. She attended El Camino Real High School in Woodland Hills, California.
