Aguirre (born June 25, 1963 in Aventura, Florida) is a Mexican-American television journalist.Jessica Aguirre is a first generation Mexican-American, the daughter of immigrants she grew up in Florida. Jessica began her broadcasting career while as a student at the University of Miami.While living in Florida, Aguirre was hired as a general assignment reporter for FOX affiliate WSVN. Aguirre would eventually be promoted as co-anchor for the station's 10:00 pm newscast. The 10:00 pm newscast would feature Aguire and Kelley Mitchell and co-anchors and a young Jillian Warry reporting the weather.
