He is currently the Director, Basketball Operations at the University of Connecticut. He is the former head coach of the George Washington University Colonials men`s basketball team. During his tenure, the Colonials won two Atlantic 10 Conference championships and made three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances from 2005-07.
