Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Skoda 1100 GT (or 1100 GT-UVMV) is a car from Skoda made in 1968, 1970, 1971 or thereabout. The design of the car was based on the Saab Sonett II that the factory had bought for the purpose. Unlike the Saab it used the rear-engine, rear-wheel drive layout. It was powered by a S-110 A2 engine giving 75 hp (56 kW). The local SAAB dealership in Czechoslovakia opened in 1962 and run by the race driver Zdenek Treybal. Apart from selling Saab 96 he also managed to sell two Sonett V4s. One to a race driver in Prague.
