It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on VHF channel 9 from a transmitter atop Lookout Mountain, near Golden. Owned by the Gannett Company, KUSA is sister to MyNetworkTV affiliate KTVD and both stations share studios on East Speer Boulevard in Denver`s Speer neighborhood (to the immediate southeast of the studios shared by KWGN-TV and KDVR). The station can also be seen on Comcast Xfinity channel 9, with a high definition feed offered on digital channel 653.
