Her works are in New York's Whitney Museum, Boston's Museum of Fine Arts, the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and many others. Born Mary Lockspeiser, she was the wife of artist/photographer/filmmaker Robert Frank. While keeping Frank's name, she is now married to the musicologist Leo Treitler.
