"Pre-lntermediate Matters", "Intermediate Matters" and "Upper Intermediate Matters" form a fully integrated three-part course for learners of English. "Intermediate Matters" is aimed specifically at intermediate level students. The course provides approximately 90-120 hours of classroom material. Each of the twenty units has a clear but flexible structure. Topics are lively and rich in human interest. A wide range of accessible authentic listening and reading material form the basis for extensive skills development. Grammar and functions are presented and practised in an imaginative and personalised way. A "Language reference" page at the end of each unit provides a concise summary of the main points covered.
