Cox and Matt Cox, is an American felon and con man who has been convicted of conspiracy and grand theft. Cox, also an aspiring author, wrote an unpublished manuscript entitled The Associates in which the main character traveled the country committing mortgage fraud just as Cox later did. While incarcerated he has been working on a crime thriller, A Shark In The Housing Pool: Memoir Of A Secret Service`s Most Wanted, which chronicles his life on the run.
