It is one of three schools run by the Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI) and the only one in Victoria. Mazenod College is a member of the Associated Catholic Colleges. Its sister school is Avila College, located in Mount Waverley. The current rector is Fr Michael Twigg OMI.
