Michael Elmore-Meegan, also known as Michael Meegan, (born 26 March 1959) is the co-founder of the International Community for Relief Of Starvation and Suffering (ICROSS), an aid agency operating in East Africa that describes itself as "a small international organisation working to fight poverty and disease in the poorest parts of the world." Meegan also co-founded an Irish branch of the charity known as Icross Ltd, which broke with Meegan in 2010.
