Michael "Mike" Babcock, Jr. (born April 29, 1963, in Manitouwadge, Ontario) is a Canadian professional ice hockey head coach of the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL) and former player. He serves as head coach of the Red Wings. He also served as the head coach of Team Canada in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. He is the only coach to gain entry to the Triple Gold Club as of June 2011.
