High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Nafferton railway station serves the village of Nafferton in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is located on the Yorkshire Coast Line and is operated by Northern Rail who provide all passenger train services. It was built for the rail magnate George Hudson who lived nearby, and was "an 'Italian villa affair' complete with campanile". In 1985 the station and the adjoining station master's house was given Grade II listed building status. The station has a similar service level to that at neighbouring Hutton Cranswick i.e hourly trains on weekdays to Hull and Bridlington with additional calls at peak periods. Sundays sees a two-hourly service in each direction.
