Koch Professor of Engineering Mechanics and Associate Dean for Research at College of Engineering in University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He finished his MS from University of Houston in 1983 and PhD from Texas A M University in 1986. Between 1986 and 2006, he worked as a professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering of Florida State University-Florida A M University`s College of Engineering. In 2005, he won FSU`s `Outstanding Researcher` award.
