Nancy Nigrosh is a former talent agent at Innovative Artists, a Hollywood agency. In the 1980s, as Nancy Blaylock (as she was then known) she created and built the “lit” department as a literary agent at the Gersh Agency. Nigrosh mainly represented writers for film and television and also represented writer/directors and actor/directors. She earned a degree in film studies from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. During her senior year, she was a script supervisor on Martin Scorsese's Mean Streets. She attended graduate school at UCLA in the screenwriting program.
