High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Neoman Bus GmbH, also known as Neoman Bus Group, was a former company created when MAN AG subsidy MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG acquired NEOPLAN Bus GmbH in 2001. It focused on bus and coach production. On 1 February 2008, the Neoman name ceased to exist, its operations being fully taken over by parent MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG; with operations continuing under the NEOPLAN and MAN AG Buses companies. According to the German Wikipedia article, the NEOPLAN Pilsting site is expected to be taken over via a management buy-out, to create VISEON Bus GmbH.
