It was founded on April 19 1929 in Patras, Western Greece and immediately become one of the protagonists of Greek water polo, dominating the 30`s and 40`s by winning 8 championships.During the next decades the club continually participated at the First Division (with the exception of only four seasons in the Second Division/A2 Ethniki)
