NOW Nottingham is a local commercial digital radio multiplex in the United Kingdom, which serves Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark-on-Trent and the surrounding area. It launched on April 25th 2004 and is operated by NOW Digital on behalf of Now Digital (East Midlands) Ltd. In August 2008, the Office of Fair Trading, reporting back regarding the acquisition of GCap by Global Radio indicated in their report that due to competition concerns and in accordance with the Communications Act 2003, Global Radio will have to remove Gold Nottingham alongside either Galaxy, XFM or Chill from the NOW Nottingham multiplex. On March 21, 2009 Global Radio partially remedied the OFT's concerns by closing Chill on the multiplex.
