Oleg Yegorovich Nikolaenko (Russian: Олег Егорович Николаенко; born July 17, 1987) is a Russian national who has been charged in a U.S. federal court with violating the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Federal investigators believe his activities may have been responsible for as much as one third of the world`s electronic spam. Nikolaenko is being held without bond at a Waukesha County Jail, Wisconsin, USA (Inmate #1413937) by U.S. Marshals while awaiting trial.
