High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! In human–computer interaction, an organic user interface (OUI) is a user interface with interaction techniques that use the physical shape and position of a device to control it. Organic interfaces may have displays in forms other than a flat sheet, may actively or passively change shape via analog physical inputs, and are characterized by their ability to use the display as an input device. OUIs are intended to be operated through direct manipulation of the device with natural gestures, rather than through a point-and-click interaction.
