His true love is comedy. He has a large fan base and his short comedy films have won him numerous awards and a big following. Romane's sense of humor is based in the Second City sketch comedy tradition. Onstage, his comedy is a mix of absurdisms, characters, story-telling and unique observations. He believes he got his sense of humor from watching a lot of SNL, David Letterman, Monty Python and making up Knock-Knock jokes with his grandmother.
