Paracelis is a border town of Mountain Province where it shares border with city of Tabuk and the town of Tanudan, Kalinga in the north and the towns of Quezon, and Mallig in the northeast and Roxas, Isabela in the southeast. In the west, it borders with the town of Natonin and in the south with the town of Alfonso Lista of the province of Ifugao.
