It parodies spy and detective fiction cliches.[In Part 1, a foreign Intelligence agency chief Shtampf is suffering from a toothache. After he finds out that a wonderful dentist's chair was invented in the Soviet Union, so he develops a plan of stealing it. Part 2 tells the story of chauffeur's idle son Kolychev, who cannot pay the restaurant bill. He have to organize the dentist's chair' destruction in return.
