Tomoaki Ishizuka (, Ishizuka Tomoaki?, born November 4, 1965 in Chiba, Japan), better known under his stage name Pata, is a musician and songwriter who is the rhythm guitarist of the popular Japanese band X Japan. Pata got his nickname from the Japanese manga, Patalliro!, he was said to resemble the title character. He is the quiet member of the band and usually doesn't show emotion, even if he's interested in something. He joined the group in 1987 and stayed with them until their dissolution in 1997.
