Angela Patricia Janiot Martirena (born 1963 in Bucaramanga, Colombia, and best known as Patricia Janiot) is a Colombian journalist, news presenter on CNN en Espanol, beauty queen and former model.Before becoming a journalist, Janiot was a Colombian model, then she participated as Miss Santander on Miss Colombia pageant in 1983, she resulted the first-runner of the pageant and becomes Miss World Colombia who was the delegate of Colombia to Miss World pageant. She traveled to London and participated at the pageant, there she placed in the Top 15 semifinalists, the winner of the pageant was Astrid Carolina Herrera.
