Paul McLoone (born 11 February 1967 in Derry, Northern Ireland), is the current singer of Irish pop-punk band The Undertones. He replaced Feargal Sharkey when the band reunited for a series of festival appearances in 1999.In March 1999, he moved to Dublin to produce The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show for Today FM. During his tenure as series producer, he co-created and co-wrote Gift Grub for five years until leaving Today FM in 2004. He returned to the station two years later to produce Tom Dunne's show (then called Pet Sounds).
